By booking a hot desk at 5/157 Gordon St, Port Macquarie, NSW 2444, you agree to the following terms and guidelines to ensure a professional, safe, and respectful workspace for everyone.
Hot desks are available on a shared, non-exclusive basis.
Bookings are valid only for the date, time, and number of desks confirmed.
Desks must be vacated promptly at the end of the booked period.
There is no life to the office which is on the first floor.
This is a professional working environment.
Respectful dress code and behaviour are expected at all times.
Loud conversations, disruptive calls, or behaviour that interferes with others’ work is not permitted.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of access, without refund or credit.
Hot desks must be cleared completely after each use.
Do not leave personal belongings, paperwork, or equipment behind.
Please wipe down your desk after use and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
Food should be consumed neatly and respectfully; strong-smelling food is discouraged.
Headphones are recommended for calls and online meetings.
Keep phone calls brief and at a considerate volume.
If you need to take an extended or confidential call, please step outside where possible.
Kitchenette facilities are shared. Please leave them clean and tidy after use.
All cups, dishes, and cutlery must be washed, dried, and returned to their original place after use.
Personal food items must be disposed of outside of the office at the end of your booking.
Do not leave food, drinks, or packaging behind.
Report any issues, spills, or breakages promptly.
Hot desk bookings are for the named individual(s) only.
Visitors are not permitted to use desks or amenities without a booking.
Meetings with external guests require prior approval.
You are responsible for your own belongings.
Do not leave valuables unattended.
We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Our fast 500mbps internet access is provided for general business use only.
Illegal activity, excessive downloading, or misuse of the network is prohibited.
Users must not interfere with office equipment or other users’ connections.
Bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the booking time will receive a credit for future use.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Credits are non-transferable and must be used within the stated validity period.
Standard access is Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
Outside hours and weekend access are available by request and confirmation only.
Unauthorised access outside approved times is not permitted.
Street parking is available with additional parking at Growers Market.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse access
Terminate a booking
Remove a user from the premises
if these terms or office guidelines are breached.
